However, in the event there is any issue with your new purchase we have developed the following Returns & Exchanges Policy. Please note that by purchasing items from Googz & Co that you have agreed to the following terms.
APPAREL RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with your apparel purchase, simply return the item in its original, unused condition (including all original packaging and any tags) within FOURTEEN (14) DAYS of receipt for a full refund. Please follow the instructions below (HOW TO MAKE A RETURN) to begin the return process. A Googz & Co Customer Support Representative will contact you within 48 hours after receiving your email. Please note that all purchases of sale items are final. Also all international sales are final and returns will not be accepted.
DEFECTIVE APPAREL RETURN POLICY
Any apparel suffering from a manufacturing defect may be returned or exchanged within forty-five (45) days of the date of purchase. “Defects” are mistakes in the manufacturing process and do not include damage from normal wear and tear or negligent usage. You may begin this return process by sending an email to customerservice@googzco.com detailing the issue. After your email has been received a Googz & Co Customer Support Representative will contact you within 48 hours after receiving your email. Googz & Co will determine the validity of manufacturing defect returns on a case-by-case basis. This policy only applies to t-shirts and hoodies/sweatshirts. Please note that all purchases of sale items are final and not subject to this policy. Also all international sales are final and returns will not be accepted.
GENERAL MERCHANDISE RETURN POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your general merchandise purchase, simply return the item in its original, unused condition (including all original packaging and any tags) within FOURTEEN (14) DAYS of receipt for a full refund. If your return does not meet these conditions, you’ll be charged a 15% or $15 re-stocking fee, whichever is greater, or have your merchandise returned to you. Please note that all purchases of sale items are final. Also all international sales are final and returns will not be accepted.
However, in the case of collectible items these sales are FINAL. These products are made in limited runs and usually hand-painted or assembled, so there may be slight imperfections that are typical with this kind of product. Googz & Co will not exchange or return an item due to defective or damaged packaging. We also will not accept the exchange or return of any items not purchased directly from our Googz & Co website.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
Within FOURTEEN (14) days from the date of receipt, please contact customerservice@googzco.com and provide the order number, the reason for your return, and a return e-mail address.
Within 48 hours of receipt of your email, a Googz & Co Customer Support Representative will evaluate your return request and contact you with a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RAN). If your return is accepted (see the applicable return policies above) follow the return instructions provided by our Customer Support Representative, use suitable packing materials (please send it back in a shipping box for safety), and make sure to write your RAN on the outside of your box. Our Returns Department will refuse orders that are returned without a RAN. Once the return is received, you will be contacted via email. It’s that simple.
